Wanda Lee “Kitten” Bryan, 76, of Arab died Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Marshall Manor Nursing Home.
Mrs. Bryan was born Nov. 2, 1944, in Marshall County to James Haga and Leola Whisenant Haga. She was married to Radford Bryan, who preceded her in death.
She was a 1963 graduate of Arab High School Class, a cosmetologist, retired from Wal-Mart in Arab after working approximately 25 years and a member of Westside Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter: Lajuana Bryan; sisters: Willie Willis and Martha Carrington; brothers: Oliver Haga, Verlon Haga and Leonard Haga; grandchildren: Corey Martin, Olivia Martin and Isaac Bryan; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Darlene Martin.
The funeral was at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 2021, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Sherman Bailey officiating. Burial was in Old Union Hill Cemetery south of Arab with Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Pallbearers were Leonard Haga, Zac Haga, Jason Willis, Scott Haga, Seth Moore, Harley Willis, Mickey Waldrop and Eric Cramer.
Honorary pallbearers were Oliver Haga, Verlon Haga and James Willis.
