Terry Anthony Holcombe, 73, of Arab, AL passed away Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Holcombe was born May 18, 1946 in Cullman County to Loyd and Doris Hyatt Holcombe. He was married to Shelia Holcombe for 11 years.

He proudly served his country during Vietnam with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Oleander United Methodist Church, an avid Alabama football fan and enjoyed fly fishing.

He is survived by his wife: Shelia Holcombe; two daughters and sons-in-law: Heather and Ross Sisson and Tracie and Brian Elrod; son and daughter-in-law: Eli and Brittani Holcombe; step-daughter and son-in-law: Brandy and Justin Bodine; stepson: Billy King; seven grandchildren: Levi Holcombe, Paisley Blackwood, Aiden Sisson, Brodie King, Kole King, Savannah Elrod and Madison Elrod; and sister and brother-in-law: Patricia and Darrell Burnham.

The funeral was at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Gary McRae and Cody Loftus officiating. Burial was in Oleander Cemetery in Union Grove with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel directing.

Pallbearers were Ross Sisson, Troy Allensworth, Darrell Burnham, Mike Sizemore, Kevin Bishop and Ron Stone.
