Pauline Noble Holmes, 81, of Arab died Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Diversicare of Arab.
Mrs. Holmes was born July 15, 1937, in Marshall County to Richard and Pauline Richards Noble. She was married to Leven Holmes, who preceded her in death Nov. 18, 2017.
She enjoyed cooking, working outside, helping with her husband’s work, being a housewife and spending times with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was a member of Compassion City Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Ricky Lynn and Rosanna Holmes, Mark Anthony and Kim Holmes; daughter: Paula Holmes Harris; grandchildren and in-laws: Kellie and Jon Henderson, Tenly and Taylor Stewart, Lori and Daniel Yokley, Skylar Holmes, Judd Holmes; great-grandchildren: Logan Petry, Noah Henderson, Lexi Henderson, Perry Rose Stewart, Samantha McKay Stewart, Brock Yokley; twin sister: Kathleen Jenkins.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Willard Noble; sisters: Jewel Nixon, Beatrice Ellenburg, Gertrude Pritchard and Billie Jean Hill.
The funeral was at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Jon Henderson and Ricky Holmes officiating. Burial was in Gilliam Springs Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel directing.
Pallbearers were Logan Petry, Judd Holmes, Brock Yokley, Larry Pritchard, Mike Pritchard, Bruce Pritchard.
