Marilynn Blackburn Morris, 83, of Hulaco died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019.
Mrs. Morris was born April 8, 1936, to George W. and Vera Bush Blackburn in Clinton, Ind. She was married to James D. Morris for 52 years. He proceeded in her death in 2006.
She dedicated her life to caring for patients even her retirement from Marshall Medical Center North on Feb. 14, 1998.
In her younger years she, her husband and children traveled all over the United States seeing the beauty of our country. Her favorite place was Anchorage, Alaska, in which the family stayed in for six years.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Teresa and Arthur Bolduc, Betty Lark; sons and daughter-in-law: Arnold and Sue Morris, J. Danny Morris; grandchildren and in-laws: V. Randy and Wendi Johnson, Vicki Lark, David and Susie Morris, Susan Cash, Danny and Angie Morris, Candice and Mike Henderson, James and Misty Morris, Robert, Jamie and Raymond Davis; great-grandchildren: Bryana Johnson, Mikayla Johnson, Amanda Morris, Elizabeth Ricker, Bradley Cash, Blake Cash, Malissa Morris, Matthew Morris, Lauren Morris, Mercedes Henderson, Cameron Henderson; great, great-grandchildren: Bryson Johnson, Sylvee Johnson, Nyomi Johnson, Jocelyn Harris; brother: George W. Blackburn Jr.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Rae Jean West; son: Michael D. Morris.
A celebration of life was Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019, at Logan Roadhouse in Huntsville.
