Beverly Sue Hamby, 68, of the Cleve Terrell Hill area of Morgan City died Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Marshall Medical Center North.

Mrs. Hamby was born Feb. 13, 1951, in Mobile to Earl Henry Kellam Sr. and Frances Winifred Smith Kellam. She was married to Thurman Carl “T.C” Hamby for 18 years.

She was part of the American Legion Auxillary. She enjoyed tending to her garden, playing the piano, singing and teaching piano lessons.

She was a member of Rescue United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband: “T.C.” Hamby; mother: Frances Winifred Kellam; son and daughter-in-law: Raymond Lee and Anne Weemes; brother: Earl Henry Kellam; grandchildren and step grandchildren: Justin, Mia, Tristan, Chase and Jackson.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Rescue United Methodist Church followed by a memorial service at 12:30 p.m. with the Rev. Jarod Andrews officiating and Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel assisting the family.
