Should the City of Arab spend $10 million or more to build a new recreational facility on the Northridge Property?
The city is looking at using $10 million in borrowed funds to build a new recreation facility with basketball/volleyball courts, meeting rooms, and other features. The facility would be located on the city's Northridge property – 21 acres – located just north of the Walmart area on U.S. 231.
