Rhonda McCoy was found guilty of harassment in Guntersville Municipal Court in an incident stemming from a conflict between her and social activist Unique Dunston in October 2020.

The incident happened in the Marshall County Courthouse cafeteria.

McCoy is the administrative assistant to Marshall County Commission Chairman James Hutcheson.

Dunston was holding a “sit in” at the courthouse that day protesting the confederate monument at the Marshall County Courthouse in Albertville.
