Marshall County Board of Equalization notices that went out recently contain the wrong date for filing a protest.

Those notices had an April date, but that was a misprint.

The actual final date to file a protest is Aug. 5.

“Despite having correct proofs, the printer mistakenly used the dates from last year’s notices,” said Marshall County Revenue Commissioner Michael Johnson.
