Woody Trimble of Jackson Thornton & Co., P.C. presented the Arab Electric Cooperative audit at the AEC board meeting Monday night.

The audit covers fiscal year 2019, which was from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

The audit shows that AEC:

• Is a $50.5 million company (up from $49.2 million last year). This includes its buildings, transformers, trucks, lines, etc.
