Students at Brindlee Mountain High School and Brindlee Mountain Primary School were evacuated Monday following a bomb threat.

At press time Wednesday no charges had been filed, but Marshall County Sheriff’s Office Assistant Chief Deputy Steve Guthrie said, “when we figure out who (did this) they will be charged.”

The sheriff’s office continues to investigate the incident along with the cooperation of Marshall County Schools Superintendent Dr. Cindy Wigley and Brindlee Mountain High School officials, according to Sheriff Phil Sims.
