Bardin, 39, is charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer, one count of attempting to disarm a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.

He is in Marshall County Jail under a $100,000 bond.

The two Arab officers involved in the shooting haven’t been identified yet.

APD Chief Ed Ralston said the two were cleared by the local shooting review board following a hearing last week.
