Ecclesiastes 11:5 -You don’t know where the wind blows. And you don’t know how a baby grows in its mother’s womb. In the same way, you don’t know what God will do—and He makes everything happen.

Sometimes things occur when you least expect them and often the contents of the happening can lead to adventures you would have never anticipated. Loosely using a Biblical maxim, a huge tree grows from a tiny seed.

Here I was sitting in a makeshift television studio with a cup of coffee and a clipboard of dialogue prepared for a guest about whom I knew very little, to discuss a topic of which I had little information, yet feeling very confident that I could handle the task ahead.

Add those factors up, and you come to one conclusion: “Pride comes before the fall.”

I would soon discover how true that proverb is.

This new medium of television fascinated me – a picture and a voice emitted from a large box in the living room, and now they were adding color!
