Greetings from the Arab Senior Center.

If you have not taken the time to visit with us yet you are missing out on some really enjoyable times. We have been very busy for the month of April and May is shaping up to be the same way.

We plan things to do to allow you to excise your body and your mind. At least three days a week we do low impact exercises, most of which can be done from a chair.

Then, of course, we have lunch Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. This meal is $1.25.

It is on a first-come, first-served basis, so come early to sign up. We would love to have you come visit us to see what kind of things we get into.

April activities were centered around Easter.

We had an Easter Bonnet parade where the seniors paraded around the dining room. After the parade the seniors voted on the tackiest bonnet and the prettiest bonnet.

Our winner for the tackiest bonnet was Barbara Rowland and the prettiest bonnet was Connie Boyd. Congratulations to both ladies.
