The Arab Board of Education recently discussed at length two proposals submitted by Skipper Consulting concerning additional work at the primary school to help contain traffic during drop off and pick up times at the school.

During those times, cars are often backed up onto 10th Avenue and Main Street causing a dangerous situation for motorists.

Interim Superintendent Patrick Crowder told the board he only wants them to review the plans for now.

“This is all contingent on the city’s plans to build an access road to the school from 12th Avenue.
