MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jan J. Olive drive; thence S 05° 57' 15” W along and with said approximate west right of way 79.28 feet to a point said point also being located on the approximate south boundary of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3; thence N 89° 24' 05” W 1292.12 feet to the true point of beginning containing 15.895 acres more or less and being subject to any rights of ways and or easements recorded or unrecorded that may exist.
