Thence North 60 degrees 50 minutes 37 seconds West along the Northeastern boundary of said Tract 53.59 feet to a point on the Eastern boundary of Hickory Lane. Thence North 31 degrees 46 minutes 48 seconds West along the Eastern boundary of Hickory Lane 167.89 feet. Thence North 55 degrees 22 minutes 51 seconds East 211.86 feet to the point of beginning. Property being in Marshall County, Alabama.
